We collect account information, quote inputs, SKU details, tariff overrides, export history, and product usage data needed to provide the service. We use this information to authenticate users, calculate quotes, store quote history, improve product reliability, and provide support.

Quote reports are generated for commercial estimation only. HS classification, customs declaration, tax treatment, and brokerage decisions should be reviewed by qualified professionals or relevant authorities.

We do not sell customer quote data. We may use trusted infrastructure, payment, analytics, storage, and email providers to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed for the service.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, tax, billing, or audit purposes.
